Dave’s a key part of keeping our team, customers, and suppliers happy. He is responsible for managing the team across our seven business units, ensuring our risk management framework is second to none, and our data analytics capability is driving the business forward.
Day-to-day he manages key relationships with our customers and distributors worldwide.
Outside of work, Dave runs around after his three young children and his secret vice is fast cars.
Eugene Greco

Meet Eugene
Based in Adelaide, Eugene is our dedicated national Service Manager for Static Weighing.
Eugene’s career has spanned from service engineer to business development and national service manager roles, he has covered a range of industries including medical and weighing. He has facilitated new services and overseen projects far from his South Australian base.
As an expert of all things static weighing, Eugene enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Jayden began his career with SRO Technology in 2021 as a Field Service Technician where his hands on experience and dedication quickly propelled him into leadership roles within the team. As the Instrumentation Service Manager, he led a team of skilled professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. We can’t wait to see what he does next as Operations Manager!
Outside of work, Jayden enjoys spending time on the golf course, exercising and family time.

Her SRO journey is a great example of the potential for growth and advancement within our team. Kayla’s daily contributions to our business are an inspiration for many of us.

Darren has over 15 years of experience in the instrumentation and electrical industries.
His beginnings as a Service Technician have given him invaluable technical expertise, and led to his strong contract management and leadership skills.
Alec Proctor

Our go-to expert for all things industrial weighing equipment, Alec specialises in commissioning, calibration, existing systems integration, business development, and project/service delivery as Service Manager.
With strong product and brand knowledge nationally, he’s skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving, sourcing parts and equipment and building strong supplier and subcontractor relationships.
Alec takes pride in delivering an A-Z service for customers – from the initial consult and tender stages through to overseeing the physical on-site installation, commissioning and product training.

Meet Aiden
Aiden’s progression from an industry Service Technician to become our national Service Manager for Dynamic Weighing has given him valuable insights into the challenges customers and team mates face onsite, allowing himself and his team to offer knowledgeable guidance and support.
Outside of work, Aiden is an avid fisherman & BBQ enthusiast. He is currently refurbishing the boat he learnt to fish on, a cherished family heirloom that has been enjoyed by four generations of fishermen.

Throughout his career, he has combined strong commercial expertise with technical knowledge, supporting customers in identifying and implementing fit-for-purpose solutions that improve operational performance and reliability, Filipe aims to deliver value-driven outcomes that align with our business goals.

Having worked with Ramsey for over 20 years before joining us at SRO, Stephan has been a cornerstone of the Ramsey brand and brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Throughout his long-standing relationship with Ramsey, Stephan has expertly overseen Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Design, Product Management and Strategic Account Management while developing a deep understanding of Ramsey customers needs, including financial and operational challenges.
In his spare time he enjoys camping, woodworking and the occasional game of golf, or as he calls it, hit and seek.

A key link between our valued clients and distributors in Australia and abroad, Jeff brings a wealth of product experience and natural charm.
Jeff has an impressive career under his belt that spans multiple industries and measurement product conglomerates, including Ramsey. From his early days as a bright-eyed apprentice to climbing the ranks at Thermo Fisher, his product knowledge and knack for adapting to diverse challenges is unmatched.
In his spare time Jeff enjoys a chat and telling a story (or two!) but most of all, he loves visiting his local beach on the Sunshine Coast with his wife.
