What’s new?
The original Flex product has been on hiatus whilst we navigated the transition of the Ramsey product range.
Before bringing this product back to the market we listened to our customers, end users and our technicians to get their feedback. As a result, we’re releasing Version 1.5 of the Flex platform – with new software and electromechanical updates.
Staying true to our commitment, we’re bringing Ramsey back with a focus on producing products “by Technicians, for Technicians” and the new Flex v1.5 range is no exception.

Q. When will I be able to order Ramsey products from SRO Technology?
We are in the early stages of the acquisition and are in the process of finalising the details for shipments and ordering. We have a selection of Ramsey products available for immediate purchase. Please speak to your SRO representative so we can understand your Ramsey needs and timelines.
Q. Has the Ramsey product / range design changed? Or will it change as a result of this acquisition?
Not at the moment. We are committed to reviewing the products to ensure they are meeting your needs and we will make the required changes and product upgrades. We are committed to taking Ramsey products into the future because we know they are proven, reliable and accurate. Maintaining this level of quality is important to us.
Q. Does SRO offer service and commissioning?
In these early stages we are reconnecting with the well established distribution network who have great experience dealing with these products in the past. If you have worked with a distributor previously, please get in touch with them and if you can’t find access to the product, please reach out to us directly.
Q. How will the training and support functions run from Australia?
No matter where they are, our customers can still expect first-class service from SRO Technology. We will deliver training and technical support to distributors through our teams in Australia.
Q. Where will the products be manufactured?
Work is currently underway to mobilise a global supply chain for Ramsey products. As part of this, we are committed to ensuring competitive prices and high quality products. This means we won’t always pick the easiest solution if it means our quality or costing is compromised.
We will ensure our plan is cost-effective and maintains quality. You can rely on us to undertake the appropriate quality testing of fabricated products (e.g. scales) with our experienced partners in local markets.
